The truth is, I love that we are in some ways old-fashioned, and I want our web site to have that same feel. (After all, it took us eight years to change from hand-written to computerized receipts.) We want to talk to you in person. Call us at 800.991.9361 (we are more than happy to pay for the call) and you'll talk with me or a member of the WK family. This number rings into our Fine Living shop, not some far away phone center. If your call does go into voicemail, we are helping another customer and will call you back by the end of the next business day.
We like email. By clicking the "shopping cart" icon by each product description, you'll be starting an email to WK that lists the products you like. We'll then assemble your choices and email you within two days to confirm that your order has been processed.
We ship anywhere. Every order from Watson Kennedy is carefully hand-packed and shipped by our friends at Wanderer's Mail Service in the Pike Place Market. They have been our exclusive shipper extraordinaire for close to 10 years now. You will be charged by them for your shipping costs. Watson Kennedy does not tack on any handling fee charges.
